Our Process: We provide a convenient online form to request an estimate based on the needs of your property. You will then receive our Digital Brochure with our packages and pricing. After you review our brochure and understand the general pricing and packages, we will prepare an estimate for you based on photos of your property. If you would like to work together, we will process the staging agreement and payment and schedule the next step.
Design Walk: We visit your property and do a Design Walk to confirm the design based on the needs of the home. We determine how to add value to each room/space inside and out and what is needed to get the entire property looking its best. Our Home Staging designs are focused on selections that will photograph beautifully and result in gorgeous, buyer-targeted designs, individually tailored to each property.
Staging Day: We are fully staffed and own all of our own inventory, delivery trucks, etc to handle all of our clients quickly and efficiently. In most cases, we can have you staged and on the market within days.
Our team typically installs the furniture and decor in one full day and the property is ready for additional marketing such as professional photography and video the next day.
Follow Up: Communication is key. We become a Team and the Seller and/or Agent provides updates on the progress of the listing including opening escrow and removal of contingencies. A ten day notice is given by the Seller and/or Agent and we schedule the home staging to be removed.
Destage: After the inspection and financing contingencies are removed and a successful appraisal is complete, we pick up the home staging items and update you via text with photos that the property is “clean and clear”.
