1. Services Provided

Staged To Sell provides home staging consultations, design services, and furniture/accessory rentals for residential properties. The specific scope of work for any project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Estimate provided to the client.

2. Estimates and Booking

  • Estimates: All quotes provided via the website or email are estimates and are subject to change based on a physical walkthrough of the property.
  • Consultations: Fees for DIY consultations or walkthroughs are due at the time of booking or at the start of the appointment.
  • Booking: A project is not considered “booked” until a signed Service Agreement is received and payment has been paid.

3. Payment Terms

  • We accept major credit cards, checks, zelle, venmo and electronic transfers.
  • For full-staging projects, payment is typically required in full prior to the installation of furniture.
  • Late Fees: Payments not received by the due date may be subject to a late fee as outlined in your specific Service Agreement.

4. Access to Property

For all consultations and installations, the client must ensure that Staged To Sell has safe and timely access to the property. If our team is unable to enter the property at the scheduled time, a “trip fee” or rescheduling fee may apply.

5. Inventory & Damage (Rentals)

  • Ownership: All furniture, art, and decor provided during a staging project remain the sole property of Staged To Sell.
  • Care of Inventory: The client (and/or the homeowner) is responsible for maintaining the condition of the staged items. Items must not be moved, used for daily living, or altered without written consent.
  • Liability: The client may be held liable for any damage, theft, or loss of staging inventory while it is installed at the property.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images of our work, logos, and written text, is the property of Staged To Sell. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without express written permission. We reserve the right to use photos taken of our staged projects for marketing and promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Staged To Sell provides services to help market a property; however, we do not guarantee that a property will sell within a specific timeframe or for a specific price. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as scheduling tools or social media). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Clark County, NV.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
