Failure to give Staged To Sell 10 days notice will result in a $500 destage fee if destage occurs during business hours. Failure to give Staged To Sell more than 48 hours notice will result in a $1500 emergency destage fee if destage occurs during business hours. Staged To Sell does not de-stage on weekends and holidays. This policy and fee will be strictly enforced.

Staged To Sell requires this WRITTEN 10 DAY NOTICE for a De-Stage (removal of furniture) Once notification of the property sale is received, Staged To Sell is authorized to De-Stage UP TO the Closing date based on geographical scheduling. It is the intention of Staged To Sell to De-Stage the property as close to the closing date as possible, this allows for any sudden contract changes. In the event Staged To Sell is not notified of the sale of the property and the new owner occupies the property with Staged To Sell inventory still in place, the Client assumes responsibility for all inventory retail costs. De-Stage requests require the renewal fee be paid immediately.
